About inMiami.ai

A network to make finding what you need in Miami easier, clearer and more human.

Who is behind it

Luis Fernández

Founder of inMiami.ai

My name is Luis Fernández. I'm a Spanish entrepreneur, and I live in Melbourne, Australia. Yes, about as far from Miami as you can get. And yet few cities have captured me the way this one has.

Miami draws me in because of what it conveys. It has an energy that is hard to put into words: the light, the ocean, the mix of cultures and languages, the feeling that everything is in motion. I'm drawn to its way of life, where work and enjoyment sit naturally side by side. And I'm struck by how much it has grown in recent years: companies arriving, neighborhoods transforming, people from all over the world choosing to start here. What excites me most, though, is what is still to come. Miami is still writing its best chapter, and I want to help more people become part of it.

What I do best is build quality networks: places where people looking for help find the right person, and where people offering a good service find those who need it. I believe in networks where the whole community wins, not just one side. When a client is well served, the professional grows, trust multiplies and the entire network becomes more valuable for everyone.

Above all, one thing drives me: people's satisfaction. Someone arriving with a question and leaving with a clear path. A process that seemed impossible getting done. A person who has just landed in a new city feeling a little less alone. That is the measure I want this project to be judged by.

What inMiami.ai is

inMiami.ai is a network that aims to connect people and businesses with independent professionals in Miami: accountants, attorneys, real estate agents, financial advisors and tech specialists, among others. The network is being built. In the meantime, you can join the early list and we will let you know when we can help.

We also publish free guides, in English and Spanish, on the things that are hardest when you arrive: forming a company, opening a bank account, getting a driver license or understanding how the city works. They are written so you can make informed decisions before hiring anyone.

What guides us

  • Quality over quantity. We would rather build a small network of professionals you can trust than an endless directory.
  • Clear, verifiable information. Every important figure comes with its source, so you can check it yourself.
  • A community where everyone wins. The people looking, the people offering and the city that brings them together.
  • People first. If something doesn't truly help our readers, we don't publish it.

How we write our guides

  • Official sources first. Laws, government agencies and the institutions' own pages. We link them at the end of every guide.
  • Visible dates. Every guide shows when it was published and last updated. Rules and prices change, and we want you to know how current each figure is.
  • Clearly labeled examples. The cases we use to explain things are fictional, and we always say so. Images that don't show a specific real place are labeled as illustrative.
  • Corrections. If you spot an error or an outdated figure, write to us. We will review it and, where needed, correct it and update the date.

How inMiami.ai is funded

Reading our guides is free. To sustain the project, some pages may in the future include affiliate links or partner placements: if you sign up for a service through them, inMiami.ai may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

When a link is an affiliate link, we will say so next to it. And a company being a partner does not change the facts we publish about it: figures come from official sources, and we link them so you can check.

What we are not

inMiami.ai is not a law firm, accounting firm, real estate brokerage or financial advisor, and does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Our guides are for information. For specific decisions, we recommend speaking with a licensed professional; helping you find one is exactly what we want to do.

Let's talk

If you have a question or a partnership proposal, or you are a professional in Miami who wants to join the network, write to us. I read every message.
