This policy explains what inMiami.ai ("we", "us") collects when you join our early list, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- The details you type into the form: whether you are looking for a service or are a provider, the area you are interested in, your email address and, if you write one, your message.
- The language of the page you used.
- Basic technical data that our hosting provider records automatically to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
- To add you to the early list and email you about the launch of inMiami.ai.
- To understand which services people in Miami need, so we build the right thing.
- To reply to you if you asked for something in your message.
We will not share your details with any service provider without asking you first. When the service launches and you request an introduction, we will tell you exactly what will be shared and with whom.
Who processes it
The site and the form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. If we use an email tool to send updates, it will only receive your email address. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage. If we enable analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the early list is active, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you emails. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe. Write to us through our contact form and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
inMiami.ai is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will email the people on the list.
